BOXES OF JOY
BOXES OF JOYAs we approach the Holiday Season our students have been busy giving back to those less fortunate.  The “Box of Joy” is a Catholic outreach program designed to ensure that deprived children from developing countries, who would otherwise receive nothing for Christmas, would receive one gift. This year the 6th grade WE Team, led by Sandra Kessen and Liz Wilson, collected enough money and items to send 75 Boxes of Joy to needy children. Mrs. Dew’s husband took these boxes to the drop off center at Lial, in Toledo.  They were absolutely thrilled with the outpour of compassion and support our students gave to them.  Thank you to everyone who donated and participated, as we continue to show how our spiritual, emotional and physical support can and does make a difference in the lives of others.  God Bless.
