OSMOSIS
The students performed two tests, one using 2 potato sticks in plain water and the other using 2 potato sticks in salt water. The students saw that the potatoes in water, were still stiff and strong while the potatoes in salt water became very limp decreasing the turgor pressure. Thank you Mr. Wehri for using your talents to expand our students knowledge on osmosis.
